Hollidge House is a bluestone villa built by David Hollidge circa 1880. Close to great restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and parks, Hollidge House is a stones throw away from the city of Adelaide and gateway to the Adelaide Hills wine region.   The perfect apartments for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

 

Three apartments are now available to stay in. From our Pool  Villa Apartment, featuring a well equipped high-end kitchen, claw-foot bath and your own private courtyard and solar heated in-ground pool; our cosy but spacious Colonial Apartment; and our brand new Library Apartment featuring chic and stylish design.  The Garden Villa  Apartment launches in Nov 2026
